Assuming heroic and mythic share same timings, S-tier for Disc.

Every Evang has huge impact.

The raid is spread, Disc doesn't mind that at all whereas other healers suffer.

Breaking the shield faster than 20s (or slower) could impact timings.

Damage Breakdown

Testing didn't get past the first phase, so there's limited data on timings. There's this this bugged log, which shows that the first intermission starts at 2:15 (same as heroic).

Because of that, I'm going to make a guess that the fight timings are going to be very similar between heroic and mythic - and that the added difficulty comes from the Whispers mechanic which just makes everything harder.

Note that, after Heroic testing, Blizzard did make some changes to this boss like adding ticking damage to intermissions and making the burrow do damage. So heroic "Damage Taken" in inaccurate, but I think cast timings are still valid.

Phase 1

There's constant ticking damage in P1 through Venomous Rain. This overlaps with a 12-second burst window as Anub'arash burrows.

Intermission 1 (2:15)

In Heroic, there was no damage in the first intermission but Blizz added in this mechanic:

So we can assume there'll be increasing ticking damage until the shield breaks.

Phase 2

P2 starts when the shield is broken. There are no mythic logs here, we're looking at heroic and trying to understand what happens in mythic.

Stinging Burst (debuff dispel), Web Vortex and Binding Webs

There are 2 main sources of damage in P2: Stinging Burst (raid-wide damage when one of the debuffs is dispelled) and Web Vortex (instant damage plus a follow-up DoT Binding Webs which does damage).

There are two times in the phase where these mechanics overlap. The first is dispels into webs, the second is the opposite. You'll want to do the first dispels fast so there's time to top the raid before webs. The second dispels you'll want to delay until the raid is topped from the webs.

On Mythic all of these mechanics spawn the orbs to soak. So every mechanic is coupled with a dance to soak the other side's orbs.

Intermission 2 (2:15 after I1)

1st intermission ends

On heroic I2 starts 2:15 after the shield from I1 is broken. Similar to Intermission 1, Blizzard added increasing ticking damage to all difficulties.

Phase 3

Phase 3 damage taken on heroic

Phase 3 features mechanics from previous features with some new ones. Anub is casting Unleasehd Swarm every 1:30 which is raid wide ticking damage. It overlaps with Binding Webs on the first cast and Stinging Burst (the dispels) on the second cast.

Disc Viability

The raid will be mostly spread/split into smaller clumps of players. That's good for Disc as we really don't care about a stacked raid.

There's a lot of movement for soaking balls and avoid boss frontals etc. Could impact pet timings!

Timings should be taken with a pinch of salt but, assuming we take around 20s to break the shields, it looks amazing for Disc.

All of these Evang have huge value, it's just a shame we don't have anything for the second intermission.
